• Regular on site visits by PSSRs to carry out physical inspection on customers’ machines under carriages (Customer Track Service (CTS)), engines, transmissions and ground engaging tools and to recommend parts and service requirements. 
  • Technical Analysis (TA) of customers’ Caterpillar machines using Caterpillar’s computer based diagnostic tools known as “Electronic Technicians” (ET) and “Data View”. TA provides detailed information to machine owners and enables them to detect repair requirements at an early stage.
